The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a block of flats built in 1972, on Karyotaki Street, Nea Paralia district. It consists of an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the one of which is en-suite in the master bedroom. During the renovation, the existing layout was preserved, as it suited the new owner’s needs.
The design was focused on the balance and functionality between communal and private spaces. All the spaces have access to balcony, which offer a nice side view of the Thermaikos Gulf.
The clean lines, the earthy tones and the soft lighting highlight the minimal aesthetics. Wooden floors were selected for the living room and the 3 bedrooms, while in the entrance, the hall and the kitchen the flooring is gray granite tiles. Regarding the bathrooms, the sanitary ware changed sides in order to organize the space in a more efficient way.
