The corner apartment is located on the 1st floor of a typical urban apartment building, constructed in the late 1960s, in Mpotsari area. It consists of a kitchen – living room area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The design team decided to change the place of the living room and to connect it directly with the kitchen, thing that allowed space for a third bedroom. Wooden floors were selected for the 2 bedrooms, while in the living room, the kitchen and the 3rd bedroom the flooring is gray granite tiles. Regarding the bathroom, the sanitary ware changed sides in order to organize the space in a more efficient way. The design of the spaces followed minimal lines, with emphasis on the full functionality and utilization of the spaces.
