The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a typical urban apartment building that was built in the late 1970s. It consists of a kitchen, living room area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The design team decided to change the place of the living room and to connect it directly with the kitchen, thing that allowed space for a walk in closet in the master bedroom.
Wooden floors were selected for the 2 bedrooms, while in the living room and kitchen the flooring is gray granite tiles. Now regarding the bathroom, the sanitary ware changed sides in order to organize the space in a more efficient way. The design of the spaces followed minimal lines, with emphasis on the full functionality and utilization of the spaces.
