4 Lofts in an X industrial space
Changing the use of industrial spaces in homes has always been a big challenge, as increased design, licensing and construction skills are required. This property is 255sqm and is located in the center of Thessaloniki, in the area of Antigonidon.
The design team decided to divide it into 4 smaller apartments, measuring 40 to 70 sqm. The apartments were completely renovated and were fully furnished and equipped. The design of the spaces followed minimal lines, with emphasis on the full functionality and utilization of the spaces.
