The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a block of flats built in 1972, on Depot area. It consists of an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. During the renovation, the existing layout was preserved, as it suited the new owner’s needs.

The clean lines, the earthy tones and the soft lighting highlight the minimal aesthetics. Granite tiles were selected for the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom, while in the two other bedrooms the oak parquet was preserved. Regarding the bathrooms, the sanitary ware changed sides in order to organize the space in a more efficient way.
