Loft in an X industrial space
The building was constructed back in 1967 and is located on Klisouras Street, in the center of Thessaloniki. It consists of a ground floor with an alley, basement and 8 floors with a total surface area of over 1000.00sqm. During the past decades it has been home to some of the city’s biggest goldsmith crafts.
It is one of the first buildings in Thessaloniki that used the method of pre-tensioning in reinforced concrete during its construction. All floors and public areas have been remodeled to create 29 fully furnished and equipped lofts.
During the design process, special attention was paid to the full utilization of the available space to meet the requirements of a modern apartment.
